The One True God

We believe that YHWH, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the one true God. He created all things in six days and rested on the seventh day.

We believe that YHWH is one.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.  Genesis 1:1 (NKJV)

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!  Deuteronomy 6:4 (NKJV)

Word of God

We believe all scripture is breathed by God and is instruction in righteousness. Both the Old Testament (Tanakh) and the New Testament (B’rit Chadashah) are infallible and the authoritative Word of God.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,..  2 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)

Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.  Matthew 5:17-18 (NKJV)

The Messiah

We believe in the deity of Yeshua (Jesus). We believe Yeshua is the Son of God, conceived by the Spirit and born of a virgin. He is the Messiah and belief in Him is required for the forgiveness of sin. We believe He resurrected from the grave on the third day and is seated in heaven at the right hand of the Father.

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.  Matthew 1:18  (NKJV)

Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”  Matthew 16:16  (NKJV)

...He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,...  Ephesians 1:20 (NKJV)

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is freely given to all believers in Yeshua. We believe that the Spirit has been given to us as a Helper; to teach us all things. That through the work of the Spirit our hearts are circumcised, and are given a desire to walk in the ways of our Messiah. Each believer is given both the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit. We believe in the immersion of the Holy Spirit and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to fulfill the great commission: preaching Yeshua and making disciples in all nations.

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”  Acts 1:8 (NKJV)

I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.  Ezekiel 36:27 (NKJV)

The Resurrection of All

We believe every person will be resurrected and stand before the Judgement Seat. The righteous to eternal life in the New Kingdom, and the unrighteous to eternal separation from God.

And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.  Revelation 20:12 (NKJV)

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.   1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 (NKJV)

Obedience To God’s Torah

We believe that we have been redeemed by the blood of Yeshua. All of our sins forgiven, and the power of sin has been broken off of our lives to walk in obedience to God’s Torah. We believe the Torah guides us in how to worship YHWH in spirit and truth, and how to love our neighbor as ourselves. We obey not to earn salvation, but because we have been redeemed and we love Him.

For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.  1 John 5:3 (NKJV)

The Sabbath and Feasts

We believe the seventh day Sabbath is an eternal sign God made with His people. He rested on the seventh day, and set it apart from creation. We believe YHWH set apart His feasts as a shadow of things to come, and the feasts speak of Yeshua our Messiah. We believe these feasts speak of our future reign with Yeshua, and we are rehearsing these things as we celebrate them. We believe we will be celebrating the seventh day Sabbath and the Feasts of YHWH in the New Kingdom.

Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.  Genesis 2:3 [NKJV]

Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you.  Exodus 31:13 [NKJV]

So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ.  Colossians 2:16-17 [NKJV]
